With 23 years' leadership experience in the NHS, 9 years' management experience with Unilever, and more than 30 years in charity leadership and governance, Neil brings a unique combination of system leadership, programme delivery, organisational development and coaching expertise, gained through leading complex transformation across healthcare, charity and voluntary sectors.He works alongside leaders and organisations to navigate change with confidence, translating ambitious visions into practical action while keeping people, relationships and purpose at the heart of the journey.
